This spacious, bright and quiet apartment is centrally located in the historic and picturesque Grand Harbour area of Floriana, just 7 minutes walk from the heart of Valletta. The apartment is on the second floor (no lift access) of an early 20th century listed building and has high ceilings and a traditional Maltese timber balcony. The space consists of a fitted kitchen equipped with all appliances, a large master bedroom, spacious living and dining areas, and a bathroom with walk in shower.

A newly renovated 1960's 3-storey townhouse located few footsteps away from Marsaxlokk promenade. One can also reach the stunning St Peter's Pool in 15 minutes walk. The house boasts an amazing roof terrace overlooking the picturesque seafront where you can unwind with a bottle of wine. It is self-catering and sleeps up to a max of 3 adults. It comprises a fully equipped kitchen, spiral stairs, bedroom with ensuite, spare toilet, living room and everything you may need to make you feel at home.

Grand Harbour Vista, Breathtaking Sea View

The Grand Harbour Vista is a bright and airy apartment that frames a breath-taking view, on Malta's capital Valletta and one of the most historically significant harbours in the Mediterranean. Located very centrally in Senglea (Isla), one of the “3 Cities”, this 100 m2 apartment has two bedrooms with ensuite, each with either queen sized or two single beds. There is also a fold-down sofa bed suitable for a teenager or agile adult. Fully licensed by the Malta Tourism Authority (HPE/0638).

Facing the amazing Grand Harbor waterfront, enjoy the experience to live in this historical studio flat. Partially dug in the rock by the knights in the XVI century, it was recently converted.The flat is just in front of the sea. Ferry connection to Valletta just 5 minutes. The property is just around 10..15 min taxi from the airport. AC installed in the flat!

A 350 year old corner town house situated in the best area of Senglea , which is right in front of the "Gardjola Gardens" . This property offers magnificent views both from inside and from outside. My refurbished seafront first floor apartment facing the historical town of Senglea is situated in the victorious city of Birgu (Vittoriosa). Right into the spectacular Birgu's harbour creek this apartment enjoys 180 degrees unobstructed breath taking views. Valletta (World Heritage by Unesco) the capital city of Malta which has been also chosen as the City of Culture 2018 is reachable in only 15 minutes by ferry from my apartment. Ferry berths a few metres away from my place.
