Easy bicycling to dyke trails, beaches, bird sanctuary, BC Ferries, shopping malls, and local farms with quaint shops and breweries. You can easily get to downtown Vancouver and Hwy 1. Your hosts are a university teacher & accountant. There is a construction site next door and down the street. All over Vancouver Metro, municipalities are increasing urban density near transit hubs. The construction noise on any given day is hit or miss, intermittent and beyond our control.
