My cozy, 1,000 square foot cabin is located on 13 acres of quiet, wooded, private property. The main home is also located on this property. Landscape features include a pond and many trees. There also is a handicapped ramp attached to the back entry, which is where you will enter the cabin. There is a porch with a porch swing and outdoor chairs to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the country lifestyle. Also, there is an outdoor fire pit you can use to warm up by or make s’mores.

Our tiny space features remote entry and your own porch for sitting and enjoying the sunset. Approximately 550 sq. feet with many amenities. The queen size bed is a murphy bed and can be folded up to give you more space. There is also a fold out bed, all linens provided. This type bed is best for a child, teen, or small adult. We have alpaca, emu, goats, chickens, ducks, turkeys, dogs, & cats. The space has a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, crockpot, blender, sink, dishes.

Enjoy the outside cooking space with fire pit and barbecue grill and stairs going down to a dock for immediate water access. The inside boasts of a full kitchen and wonderful waterfall shower. Lots of fishing to be done or just lounge around and watch our 55-inch smart TV.

This upper-floor one-bedroom private loft sits in our beautifully restored 1916-era building. Enjoy a private bedroom, living room, full kitchen, and a luxury bathroom with a soaking tub and stand-up shower. Styled with Art Deco glamour, it’s a “1920s meets 2020s” luxury stay. Please note: the loft is stair-access only. Due to construction, 1st Street is closed to vehicles, but sidewalk access and nearby public parking remain available.
