The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

Welcome to a timeless retreat by the water - a century-old home that marries modern comfort with historic allure. The house boasts an abundance of original charm, featuring wood paneling, beams adorning the ceiling, and the original hardwood floor. The spacious bedrooms, living area, and dining room are caressed by daylight, creating an ambiance that is both uplifting and soothing.

A spacious completely renovated home perfect for couples, families, and friends groups right by Lake Erie. Not enough to enjoy here! Our local amusement park Waldameer and famous vacation spot Presque Isle are 20 minutes away. There are hangout spaces within the home as well many spots outside. Whether you want to watch a beautiful sunset, relax by our fire pit area, or enjoy some grilling there’s something for everyone. Keep an eye out for our guest that lives nearby the American Bald Eagle!
