The second floor studio is comfortable and equipped with everything you’ll need…just bring your sunscreen!

Great location close to shopping/restaurants, 4 miles to Gulf Blvd where you will find many beautiful beaches, Clearwater, St Pete etc. 1 Bedroom, queen bed, and sofa bed in living room which pulls out to a queen bed. Full kitchen with all the extras. Cable TV, WiFi, 1 private parking spot (can accommodate 2 or recreational vehicle just need a heads up). Access to washer/dryer for stays 4 nights or more. No pets, no children under 8.

This Guest Suite is a large Studio Apt(360 sq ft) attached to our home. It has a private entrance, a large bath, large bedroom with pool view and private deck. Also includes a kitchenette with full size fridge, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. No Stove. Complimentary breakfast snacks including Coffee, tea and biscuits. Relax on the deck and watch the birds on the bird feeder or grab our bikes, beach chairs and head to the beach. Grill available. Please read house rules before booking.

This house, uniquely built near ground level, allows it to be waterfront on the beach while shaded by huge pine trees. You won't find a more tranquil setting on the beach.

In addition there is a private entry and fenced outside seating area that’s perfect to relax. For security the property has smoke detector and fire extinguisher. Pets are not allowed.
