The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. We've included extras like ceiling fans in both bedrooms, a patio table and chairs, family board games, books to read, and children’s plastic kitchen ware. We do not live here, but live very close by.

Take your own boat around the lake(please make early accommodations ) swim in the clear sand bottom water or enjoy the views from the large porch. Bonfire is ready for smores with plenty of chairs! Fishing is amazing ranging from walleye, to sunfish and bluegill.Winter allows for ice skating and ice fishing. This home is truly loved by all regardless of season.

Trim Pines is the perfect small space for a quiet stay and is enjoyed by guests in every season. Our lower one room walk-out is comfortable for 1 to 2 people for short or long term stays. It is a great place to unwind and relax. This tranquility is located 8 miles from I-75 in Davisburg, Michigan. Our guests enjoy local festivals and concerts at Pine Knob Music Theater, golf at nearby courses and biking and hiking at local County, Metro and State Parks.

Private Lake House Suite

Very nice private suite in lake house on col de sac at private lake in our home. If you like peace and quiet in nature setting this is it. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. Parking: please park on the street right in front of our house. Don't turn around in the neighbor's driveway across the street.

Relaxing lakefront with boats near concerts &parks

Beautiful lake cottage nestled on Cooley Lake is powered by the sun. You can be too in this nearby getaway. We are the first house off the lake on a short canal. Come get away for a night or longer and take in the lake life in one of our kayaks, canoe, paddle-board or fishing gear - all included.. We have many wonderful restaurants nearby or use the grocery nearby and make meals in the fully furnished kitchen.
