We are located very near the Royal Berkshire Hospital and University of Reading. We have a bedroom, garden room and bathroom for people to use during their stay (nothing is shared). There is a separate entrance to the guest's accommodation and there is no access to the main house. We have a cat who sleeps in the adjoining room (our utility room), but will not have access when guests stay. There is no breakfast supplied. There is on road parking on weekday evenings and weekends.

The excellent rainfall shower is shared and 3 floors up, but has a wonderful view over West Reading, so is worth the climb! Reading West railway station is a 7min walk and the town centre a 22min walk, with a bus stop right by the house. There is a large supermarket and lots of takeaways/restaurants within walking distance.
