Situated at Coldingham Sands, one of the UK's best and most stunning surf beaches, The Gegan provides luxury accommodation right by the beach. The three bedroom, two bathroom detached house offers true luxury beach accommodation for up to 6 people. Wake up to watch the sun rise over the north sea or cosy up in the comfortable lounge with views out to sea. Recently refurbished to a very high standard with two luxury bathrooms and a brand new kitchen filled with everything you might need from a coffee machine to a smoothie maker. Three bedrooms give way to 2 luxurious large kingsize bedrooms with sea views and a smaller twinroom to the back of the property with two full size single beds. Probably the best view on the Island. Look East to the Farne Islands and watch sunrise over two castles and the Island harbour or Lindisfarne Priory. Centrally located with parking right outside your door you will find Sea View the perfect place to plan your day. The old Fisherman’s cottage has sympathetically restyled from top to bottom into a cosy retreat for you to kick back relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. The large private garden has a decking area and summer house for you to enjoy.

Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Make you trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". We hope that a stay at the Temple will deliver this experience and stay true to this vision.

Skylark Seaview Studio

Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

The Pink House, Eyemouth/Spectacular Ocean Views

A unique 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom detached house that is located literally on the beach at the beautiful harbour town of Eyemouth. Built in 1886, the house has just been tastefully renovated with all of the old features kept intact. Wake up and fall asleep to the sound of the waves rolling onto the beach! Each room has a stunning ocean view, overlooking the beach and the cliffs of Eyemouth. The Pink House is an hour from Edinburgh by car or 10 minutes to Berwick where the train takes an hour.

Farm Cottage Annex with Stunning Sea Views

Our 1 bedroom Pet Friendly Cottage Annex on the family farm, overlooking the North Sea and Firth of Forth, is within minutes of the beautiful coastline and yet just 50 minutes drive south of Edinburgh city. With ensuite shower room and lounge/diner, this Annex has a small fridge, an inverter microwave oven, a 2 ring hob and a 32" TV. Wifi is available but locally, we have great food, world class diving and golf, challenging cycle ways, cliff top walks and tons of fresh sea air. See you soon.

The Black Triangle Cabin is a peaceful getaway situated on our property just outside of Jedburgh, a historic town in the heart of the Scottish Borders. The Cabin sleeps 2 people in a king size bed, with a separate living/kitchen space boasting views through the woods and across the fields. If you keep an eye out, you may see the deer that pass through regularly, or even hear our resident owl. Ideally located only an hour from Edinburgh, Newcastle and the St Abbs coastline.

Mary Queen of Scot's chamber at Neidpath Castle is perhaps the most romantic place to stay in the Scottish Borders. Explore privately the whole castle and then retire to enjoy your suite rooms.
