"Our Place"

"Our Place" is a cozy trailer house that sits on a working peach orchard. It was remodeled in 2021. We are located near the base of Mount Garfield and are 5 minutes from I-70 access and downtown Palisade. You are a short drive or bike ride from several local wineries, restaurants, the Palisade Brewery, and more. Shuttles to The Palisade Plunge are minutes away. We have a large, covered patio where you can relax, bbq on the gas grill, or enjoy coffee in the morning. Excellent wifi inside and out.

Peaceful and airy, our centrally located cabin feels remote, but is just minutes from downtown Grand Junction amenities. Biker/Hiker Dream Location: 5 min drive to Lunch Loops mountain biking and hiking trails, 2 min bike ride from the driveway onto Little Park Rd, 13 minute drive to Bang's Canyon Trailhead. 5 min drive to yoga studio, groceries, and coffee. Cleanliness is our #1 priority! Bright and intentionally furnished with decor by local artists, our heart has gone into every detail.

Cottage minutes from Everything!

My comfortable, cozy cottage home is your home away from home. Allergy friendly! Close to Colorado Mesa University, Stocker Stadium, the hospitals and the Colorado National Monument. Enjoy fishing, biking, hiking, and unique shops downtown. One minute walk to Columbine park. Fully stocked kitchen with keriug maker with coffee pods, cold brew coffee maker, tea and bottled water. Private back yard with fruit trees and lots of seating outdoors. Portable crib for rent. Long term renters welcome.

Experience the feel of staying in Old Mexico while being footsteps to downtown Grand Junction. Please note that this is a basement apartment, and you may hear footsteps/people above. A fully equipped modern kitchen, laundry, a workspace and a very comfortable mattress in the bedroom. relax in the backyard featuring a Shared Gazebo, Firepit and BBQ. Off street parking. However, we added extra insulation in the ceiling and extra thick padding under the carpet in the rooms above the bedroom!

Our cozy and updated farmhouse has a beautiful view of the Grand Valley. Relax among the vines under Mt. Garfield. Drink wine at one of the many wineries. Enjoy peace and quiet while picking a peach in the orchard or grapes in the vineyard. We are conveniently located 2 miles from downtown Palisade and 13 miles from downtown Grand Junction. From skiing, to mountain biking, to rafting, to hiking, and road biking there are outdoor activities nearby for all levels.

Downtown Launchpad for your Colorado Adventures!

Come experience a cozy, modernized historic home located in the growing and gritty mixed industrial/commercial/residential community near downtown Grand Junction, just blocks away from the Riverfront and Las Colonias Park. This convenient location does mean you will hear the TRAIN. However, 99+% of our guests don't even mention it (see our reviews)! No pets allowed. The house sits on the same property as our strength and conditioning gym.

Enjoy Grand Junction in our newly renovated modern apartment. Centrally located with only a short walk to Main Street's many great restaurants! Our favorites are Bin 707, Il Bistro Italiano, Cafe Sol, Dream Cafe, and Pablo's Pizza. GJ's Lunch Loop trails are only a 10 minute ride away. Cook a nice meal with the fully stocked kitchen. Coffee, tea, creamers, sugar, spices, bottled water, and laundry soap all provided. Close to hiking, downtown, biking, CMU, and the hospital. Beautiful apartment in the Redlands at the end of a cul de sac in a very quiet neighborhood, at the foot of the Colorado National Monument with your own private lock off entrance and patio for grilling and dining, minutes to the Monument, downtown, shopping and Two Rivers Winery. My wife and I will be available with our Golden “Chaco” and our Lab “Opie” to welcome you if needed.
