We are 6 miles from downtown, with beaches, gorge and Mt. Hood accessible for day outings. There is a full kitchen, a natural gas fireplace and complete electrical and plumbing service. The guests full bathroom is located in the home's utility room a short lighted pathway walk from the yurt.

The Woodlands Hideout is a small intentional semi-offgrid retreat space, featured on Dwell. It was designed and built by Further Society and created to allow guests to immerse in the beauty of the natural world, but still offer some cozy and more essential comforts. Although the footprint of the space is small, we designed the experience to be outward focussed, so it feels very expansive with the towering pine trees in view.

Come enjoy our peaceful Creekside Haven, a guest house (built onto the stand-alone garage apart from the main house) nestled in a country forest with a creek. You'll have access to the fire pit for s'mores and the relaxing hammock for two. We're just 18 miles South of downtown Portland.
