The Royal has been a Bognor Regis destination for discerning sea bathers for many years and now its been beautifully restored, revived and renewed for 21st-century living. The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Bedroom has twin single beds that zip into a superking, single bed in separated alcove, double sofabed and fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Lovely south facing terrace and tennis court. Additional annexe that sleeps 4+, so for big parties you can rent both!

The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

The Old School House Liphook - hot tub & tennis ct

The Old School House is a traditional and cosy one bedroom detached cottage in the grounds of our home on the western edge of Liphook village in Hampshire. Easy car access, just off the A3 and south of the Hindhead tunnel. The village has a train station. Situated in the South Downs National Park and ideally located for the market towns of Haslemere, Farnham, Petersfield and Alton, it is only 25 minutes from Goodwood. Great countryside and lots on offer locally for holiday or break.

Fyning Granary and Shepherd's-Hut

Quirky farm building linked, via wooden decking, to a shepherds-hut. Set within the garden of a C16th Manor Farmhouse, tennis court and country walks directly from the door, safe parking year round. The buildings are let together as one, they are calm and comfortable with raised sleeping areas so most suited to agile guests/families with older children. Rustic and rural space bordering working farmland with plenty of resident wildlife located within the South Downs National Park.

French doors open onto a secluded garden area, perfect for al fresco dining, a morning coffee in the sun, or simply relaxing while soaking up beautiful, uninterrupted views of the South Downs.

Our beautiful converted Granary is just across the courtyard from our farm house and is totally self contained. It is a huge open plan room with exposed beams, wooden floor, rugs, an extremely comfortable sofa bed, a mezzanine with two single mattresses suitable for agile extra guests, a kitchenette and a lovely shower room. There is an enormous bookcase which guests are welcome to borrow from during their stay and a equally large flat screen TV with Sky, Netflix etc
