Plenty of parking available. This adorable space is 400 sq ft with a loft and a room divider is provided for added privacy. The loft has a TV, queen size bed, twin size bed, seating and bedding. Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

Picture this..You laying on the loungers, glass of chilled wine, a page turner of a book watching the occasional kayaker through the bottom of your sunglasses. Perfect right? By evening you have access to sunsets, a fire pit and Marshmallow skewers for the perfect s’more. Inside you’ll find your favorite movie playing on surround sound and plenty of board games and puzzles for a quieter night. I have a hot tub that overlooks the river and bluff views. It is professionally maintained.

We have a beautiful deck, a comfortable bed, and grill for you to cook your favorite meals.

Sitting approximately 1/2 mile from the banks of the river on 400+ acres of private property, this beautiful property is perfect for hiking, fishing, viewing wildlife, or just relaxing around the outdoor firepit. Reconnect with nature, and hike or drive down through our property to access the river or fish from our nearby ponds.

Aw, the birds! -Tip back in a comfy reclining loveseat; watch the wonder through the patio doors. -Follow woodland trail to a secluded bench and table by the stream. Note: Driveway is rough and steep. No motorcycles.
