Ideal place to stay if you are looking for your own private space . There are good transport links within a 2 minute walk. London Euston is only a 30 mins train journey, perfect place to stay after a show in London. Self check in! Milton Keynes, is only a 17 minute journey by train or car. Other places to visit are Bletchley Park, Luton Hoo and Woburn Abbey Safari Park. A short walk to the town centre or out into the countryside. Nice walk along the canal to visit local pubs and restaurants.

A meticulously presented and carefully considered property which is essentially a guest house to the side of our home. You will have your own entrance, Private bedroom, lounge and bathroom and the kitchen is for your use but we do have access to the kitchen area as we occasionally may need to pop in to access the washing machine, but you will barely see us! Gorgeous location and makes a wonderful place to stay. All the essentials are here for you and we are looking forward to welcoming you.

The Lodge is a separate building from the main house and has a private patio for relaxing in the sunshine or stargazing at night. The double doors from the patio, lead you into the main, open plan kitchen / living room / dining area. There is a sofa bed with large TV with immediate access to Netflix, iPlayer etc, and super fast WiFi. There is a downstairs loo. Upstairs there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and shower. It has all the amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

There are Pubs and Restaurants in the local villages, some just a walk away. We can even offer pre and post flight relaxation and parking for your time away, as we are a short taxi ride from Luton Airport.

A peaceful, warm (twin skinned and insulated) and bright self-contained cabin set in a secluded mature garden and surrounded by beautiful countryside views. The Cabin has a shabby chic antique vibe. Whilst It is in a rural location, the cabin provides close access to London by both train (29-minutes to London St Pancras) and car (A1(M)) along with a short drive to the local market towns of Hitchin, Letchworth Garden City and the large town of Stevenage. Clean and tidy 1 bedroom studio in separate annex

A quiet spot with lots of country walks from our doorstep and easy access to Hitchin and Luton. We are just minutes walk to Mount Pleasant golf course and have a couple of nearby pubs. The room is a studio style space in a large annex. Please be aware there are no windows directly to outside, though some natural light comes through the glass doors. There are basic cooking facilities a microwave, single hob and kettle (though no oven). Also a tv with a sofa area and a cosy bed.
