The Little Barn is a converted , self contained barn in a village location. You have your privacy but I am next door to help if necessary. The barn is luxurious, yet homely and quiet and near to two lovely pubs and coffee shop/plant nursery with fab food and a little post office/shop. The Pine Loft is on the side of our 19th century home in Shillington (a rural village boasting two walkable gastropubs) fully sealed off from the house once you are inside.

The house is bright and airy with access to a very large garden. Here in the old market town of Biggleswade, you're just a 35min train ride into central London. A large retail park with a range of shops is situated behind the house, just a 60 second walk away. It’s a 20min walk into the town centre where there are many restaurants, shops, pubs, salons, etc and the train station. 10 minute walk to two different swing parks.
