At just over 700 sq. ft., this one bedroom, one bath with full kitchen and laundry has plenty of room for two. The outside terrace is 300 sq. ft. and overlooks garden designed with a focus on Southern horticulture with Camellia, Hydrangea, Crape Myrtle, Rhododendron, Azalea, Hosta, Gardenia and numerous mature Japanese Maples. The location is in Central Midtown and a short walk to many bars, restaurants, coffee houses, two grocery supermarkets, numerous specialty shops and retail areas and of course Piedmont Park is 250 feet from your doorstep. In addition to Piedmont Parks jogging & biking, the Atlanta Beltline offers miles more with an entrance at the park and of course there is no charge for either Piedmont Park (except pool) or the Atlanta Beltline. Decor is an eclectic blend of family antiquities and modern comfort with a flair for the unique.
