Aside from being just far enough, but just close enough to all the happenings in the city, my newly remodeled private entry, ground level basement apartment offers an escape from the noise and a place to unwind and relax. Cared for by Luke and Beka. Jøtul fireplace, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable queen beds, heated bathroom floors, and private balcony over the creek. Coffee and pastries downstairs by day, cocktails and live music on weekend nights. River trails out the door. Sleeps 4. Small-town charm. Come rest.

The Corn Crib Cottage Barn or Villa is a luxurious and rustic 1100 square foot space. The Corn Crib originally used to dry corn and animal housing. This is a very rare historical building built in the 1920's The villa has a 2 person whirlpool jacuzzi , rain shower, beautiful full kitchen, fireplace and next to the 550 acre Washington County Cottage Grove Ravine regional park reserve. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway just minutes away from I35 for easy commute to nearby attractions. The entire house is for AirBnB guests to enjoy & relax. Only AirBnB guests allowed on the premises, no exceptions. 4 reserved guests maximum, including children. Not suitable for toddlers. No parties, no events or gatherings. The owner, Tracy, stays in the rv at times. RV sits 120’ from house (not garage). RV blinds closed & I respect guests privacy at all times.

This picturesque farm with a charming 3 bedroom cottage home will give you the best of what country living has to offer! The home has a true "Yellowstone" feel to it with its style and decor. Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem. The home has one king bed in the primary suite and two queens in the other two bedrooms. There is also a fold out couch with a full-size mattress that is very cozy in front of the fireplace.
