We have reverse osmosis water system in the kitchen and fridge. we have cable and wi-fi. we have instant hot water so you will not run out of hot water while you try out our fabulous walk in tub. It has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4.

Centrally located Tiny house that can fit up to 4 people. This modern, new and beautifully decorated home is situated in a fenced in side yard under a cluster of trees. A stone pathway will lead you to your quiet oasis, and once you enter you will immediately feel warm and comfortable in this cozy house. Downtown (ACL) and Lady bird lake are only a 15 minute drive. Mueller park and shops are 10 minutes away. F1 is 20 and UT is only 10 minutes down the road. EVERYTHING IS SO CLOSE!

✦ A modern, but cozy, 600-sq.-ft. Barndominium with full kitchen and bath, one king bed, living room, closet, Amazon, Netflix, Disney+,Roku, and fast WiFi. We built the barndo in 2022, and furnished it for Airbnb. We have a Roku TV in the living room as well in the master room configured with a Amazon and Netflix set up application, which gives you access to the network, This also allows you to log into your own streaming services such as , Hulu, HBO, Cinemax and so on.

We are located 23 miles from the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport and 33 miles to downtown Austin. The space is fully furnished with luxury items including a Casper bed, Brooklinen sheets & plush towels to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The front patio space overlooks Main St & the back of the building offers a private covered parking spot.
