The 17th century Garden Studio is a unique, self contained stone cottage with a king sized bedroom, full kitchen/diner upstairs and cosy lounge, with wood burning stove, and spacious bathroom downstairs. With its own front door guest have direct access to the spacious garden and seating area. It's 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Rifleman's Arms.

Bay View Cottage is a fabulous ENTIRE Ulverston home extremely well suited for a romantic escape for two people or for working in the area, or working at home, great WiFi. Very peaceful here no road noise lots of bird song, cosy up and enjoy the panoramic view. Very close to town centre it has own entrance with a key safe, so arrival time can be totally flexible, and there is private parking. We use a Professional cleaning service to ensure the place sparkles. Much better than a hotel room!
