Nestled in a half-acre lush garden, it is mere steps from a secluded beach where a coral reef lines a natural sandy cove. The cove is home to many tropical fish and lobster, making it ideal for swimming, snorkelling, kayaking and fishing. Our home is made for relaxation and wonder. Wide verandahs surround the entire villa offering up spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and the tropical gardens.

Our studio is entirely self contained. It is on the ground floor so great for people with children or those wanting minimum steps. The studio is clean, comfortable and spacious. It has two bedrooms. One king (with A/C) and one with two single beds (no A/C). The studio has a shower, toilet and wash basin. There is hot water. Towels and bedlinen are supplied. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, microwave, new gas stove, washing machine. Large terrace with stunning views to dine.

Whether you want a place to explore our beautiful island from or you are working on your boat you'll find a comfortable spot 100 yards from the beach. We are a short walk from the port with easy access to transport to the rest of the island, with a range of bars and restaurants within walking distance. This is our ground floor apartment, accessible via a few steps at the front of the apartment.

Walk through the front door to the breath taking views of L'Esterre Bay, Sandy Island and Union Island on the spacious veranda. Just a walk out the gate to the beach offers you variety of restaurants & rum shacks. BASE RATE INCLUDES 2 ADULTS + 2 CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18. $25USD PER NIGHT FOR EXTRA GUESTS (2 MAX)

Our boat is a catamaran Lagoon 380, with 4 double cabins, 3 of these 4 cabins are available to our guests. You will have the opportunity to enjoy the warm climate of the islands, swim in crystal clear sea, snorkel the reefs, dive the wrecks and sunbathe on beautiful beaches. We can meet you in area within Grenada, St.Vincent, Bequia, Union Island and St. Lucia. Your voyage will be planed according to your interests and wishes.

SandX beach house is located in the lower end of Hillsborough bay. This upstairs apartment has two bedroom with antique four poster beds and all furnishing are antiques. The clock in the living room is more than eighty years old and so is the wagonette. From the apartment to the beach is only 32,steps and the beach us good for bathing. It takes about three to four minutes walking to restaurants and shopping areas.
