We had a great stay. The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and had practically everything we needed. It was the perfect home base for driving out to Monterey and Carmel, and there were some great spots nearby for coffee and food. Very spacious for a big family if that's your plan, or for a small group too. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

My adult daughter & I drove down from Oakland to Monterey to go to the aquarium on Mother's day. This was the perfect place to stay! The townhouse has 2 bedrooms downstairs and 1 (primary) bedroom upstairs, along with a large kitchen, dining room & family room on the top floor. This has would be great for a larger group two, but we enjoyed each having our own floor. Melí was a great host, with ample communication and suggestions for activities and restaurants. She even left a little gift basket of snacks & a bottle of local wine for Mother's day. Everything was very thoughtful, both in the house and with the host communication. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely look to see if this house is available!

This house was great for our family of four. We had plenty of space, the kitchen was well equipped, and the outside area gave the kids a nice place to play. Our toddler especially enjoyed the Thomas train set in his room! This is a lovely area of Santa Cruz too - easy walk to the beach and Boardwalk.

This is a really great spot and we would definitely stay here again! Jackie was a great host and the communication was excellent throughout our trip. The beds were nice, the house was clean, and the windows allow plenty of light to come in. The house is also well stocked with plenty of coffee, a variety of cooking and glassware, some and, some spices. The hosts have also prepared the house with games, toys, and small bowls and forks for kids. The backyard is also a really nice to hangout in and has a small yard that could be a great area for kids to run around as well. The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is about a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. There are also some nice restaurants, grocery stores, and cute shopping areas about a 5-10min drive away. Some areas in Santa Cruz have pretty hard water (including this spot) so if you aren't used to that grabbing some bottled water for your trip might be a good idea. We had a great time and highly recommend this spot!

Perfect air bnb for our short get away to Santa Cruz. Short walking distance to the boardwalk and restaurants. Home had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

We loved our stay in this house. It’s spacious, clean and beautiful. My daughter enjoyed playing with all the toys and the whole family had such a great time. Perla was a wonderful host and we’ll definitely be back

Michele’s place is so lovely!! I want to preface this by saying I’m a host myself and I thought her home was the perfect stay. It was very comfortable, had so many small details, was well stocked, and sparkling clean. It just felt like home. Tons of pillows, blankets, and decor. It was in a great location, lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Michele was super sweet!

Perfect for our anniversary weekend! The place was very spacious and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Everything was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully set up. The images helped locate the parking. As long as you know what the exterior of the building looks like then you’ll easily locate the parking area behind. The parking entrance was narrow but wasn’t difficult to maneuver. Overall, a great experience and would definitely visit again!

We loved our stay and hope to stay here again in future. Wonderful neigborhood- lots to walk to and close to UCSC.

This place was perfect. Great location, close to all the shops, restaurants and most importantly the beach. It was a little challenging finding parking, but that’s to be expected because we arrived on a Beautiful Sunday. Everything was as advertised, clean, bright and had everything we needed.

Well-stocked, simply furnished bungalow-type attached residence in the Seabright neighborhood, convenient to the northeastern residential sections of Santa Cruz and to supermarkets and natural food stores. Many new, easy-to-operate small appliances and good laundry set-up. Ample kitchenware and condiments. Quiet city surroundings, easy parking. Overall, staying at the unit (and interacting with owner) was a pleasure.

Great location to surf Steamer Lane or walk the boardwalk in Santa Cruz. Very comfortable apartment outdoor shower and Jacuzzi. Couldn’t really have asked for more.

Dan’s place was walkable to all the places we wanted to visit. Parking definitely a plus! Dan is such a great host and very accommodating. Had a wonderful stay.

A lovely comfortable place. Loved the decor and the great light from all the windows. Centrally located close to the beach, boardwalk, parks, and restaurants. The place was spacious and met all our needs. We will definitely return for another stay.

Our stay started off a bit rocky due to a little mix up, but I have to say, the host went above and beyond to make things right. Kristina was incredibly responsive and proactive, ensuring that the issue was resolved quickly and that we were comfortable and happy for the rest of our stay. The property itself is beautiful with an amazing ocean view and access to the pool/hot tub that is very close. I really appreciate how the hosts had all the extras added to the condo such as chairs, air mattress, pack and play and cooking spices ext. It's clear they genuinely care about their guests' experience. If you’re looking for a place where the host truly listens and takes action, this is it. I can't wait to stay here again!

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again! Thank you, Sue!

Wow. Absolutely beautiful & perfect location, I love it here. We went for my bachelorette/birthday weekend. You’re right in the middle between Monterey & Capitola. Close to stores/restaurants but most important, right on the ocean. The place was clean, and My was wonderful. Always responded quickly and was so nice. Such a relaxing time, would definitely book again!

We had a great time at Seascape. The home was right by the beach and playground, also central location to lots of places by Santa Cruz and Monterey. The home was spacious for three adults, a toddler and baby. It was also very clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back!

This was our very first visit to the USA, and this first experience of the Pacific Ocean left a lasting and wonderful impression on us. Your charming home exceeded our expectations in every way - comfort, location, and the peaceful, welcoming neighborhood. We were especially enchanted by the beautiful gardens, the scent of flowers on the way to the beach, and the soothing sound of wind chimes in the breeze. Great place! Short walk to the beach, walk to restaurants, updated bathrooms, floors etc, beautiful, modern decor, clean, dazzling ocean view from all the windows. Little touches of care, like sunscreen in the cabinet, ketchup in the fridge, and plenty of interesting books in the night stand, really put this place over the top! Will book again!
