Er zijn verschillende restaurants aanwezig, bars, een supermarkt, golf,-tennis, -padel en voetbalterrein, speeltuigen en zwembaden. Er is ook een ondergrondse privéparking voorzien en is voor mindermobile personen gemakkelijk te bereiken met een lift. Alle keukengerief is voorzien, wasmachine, vaatwas, microgolfoven, oven, strijkplank + ijzer, handdoeken, tv's met chromecast en wifi.

Aquí podrás disfrutar de su lago con aguas cristalinas, amplias zonas deportivas y de ocio, tranquilos jardines ideales para pasear, relajarte al sol o disfrutar de una deliciosa comida. A tan solo 4 kilómetros del mar y de la zona costera de Los Alcázares.

Onze mooie Casa bevindt zich in het prachtige Santa Rosalia Lake & Life Resort. Het is heerlijk vertoeven in deze nieuwe en zeer stijlvol ingerichte villa met VERWARMD zwembad (30 °C). Een perfecte locatie om te genieten van het park en de mooie omgeving. Het huis biedt ruimte aan 8 personen en telt 3 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers en een 2-persoons bed-bank in het souterrain. Op korte loopafstand bevindt zich het grote zoetwater-meer met volop vertier- en speel-mogelijkheden en op 4 km ligt de zee.
