The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. Self-contained, 2 bedrooms, newly renovated bathroom, kitchen, wood burner and 65” HD TV with Netflix and Free WiFi. Quiet and very peaceful. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

My spacious and quiet garden flat at the centre of the village is close to the bars and restaurants and is the perfect base to enjoy Woodhall. A fully equipped kitchen ideal for self catering or restaurants just 2 minutes away. Two bedrooms one with a superking bed or an option for a twin layout has an ensuite. The second bedroom is a double with a family bathroom. On site parking, secure bike store, private garden, log burner and your pet is welcome for a small extra cleaning charge.

Jamestown Cottage offers tranquility and privacy in equal measure. The cottage is accessed at the end of our garden, once the gate is shut you are in your own secluded space with hot tub. The cottage is small but perfect for couples/individuals looking to relax. It is well equipped for self catering. It sits neatly between the Lincolnshire Wolds (ANOB) and the coast making it a great venue for exploring this wonderful county. The village pub is within a 2 minute amble. Enjoy! SORRY NO PETS!

Easy to access by car or bus, this cottage provides the escape of the countryside with the convenience of a large village.

Nestled in the beautiful market town of Louth on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds is Auctioneers Cottage, a cosy quaint two bedroom victorian cottage full of character and charm. The recently renovated cottage is perfectly situated to offer easy access to the town centre, off street parking close by and a plentiful selection of good pubs & restaurants. The location is also ideal for exploring the superb walking and cycling trails the Lincolnshire Wolds has to offer.

Double bed, all towels and linen included, TV, Wood Burner, quirky outdoor WC, shower and cooking area with a gas stove and a small BBQ. Kettle, tea, coffee, cooking pots and cutlery. Lovely 10 minute walk to Batemans Brewery and own centre which has numerous pubs, shops, takeaways. Train station with regular service to Skegness or 10 minute drive.

The Paddock - an incredibly spacious bungalow

An extraordinarily spacious bungalow with period cottage features - inglenook fireplace, lots of brickwork and beams - despite being a relatively young property (built 2000). There is an excellent flow to the property and feels like a very sociable place to be, it is very well equipped, cosy and warm. Extensive outdoor patio and parking areas. We are extremely proud of our property and want our guests to enjoy it as much as we have.
