We live on the edge of the beautiful conservation village of Colinton. Although it is still known as a village, it is a suburb of Edinburgh and is a 30-minute journey by bus to the city centre. The room is very cosy and comfortable with a view to the back garden. There is a modern shower room next door. This is shared with 2 other people. The room has a double bed, a desk and chair, a built-in cupboard with lots of hanging space and a chest of drawers.

I'm located on the south side & on a great bus route which runs day & night & takes approx 20-25 mins to the city centre. I also have street parking & plenty of shops/amenities closeby. I'm located near to Rosslyn Chapel, Edinburgh Uni, King's Buildings, Dick Vets & the Royal Infirmary
