The tiny house is nestled safely on the edge of a ridge where day & night, spectacular uninterrupted views to the Sydney skyline can be enjoyed by you with magical sunrises and sunsets seen from your bed and also the wild birdlife.

Bundeena Treehouse is the perfect base to explore all the beaches, waterfalls and stunning walks of the area or just sit on your private deck and enjoy water views and sunsets. Living areas face north enjoying all year sun . The lounge includes a log fire. There is a separate TV room, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The property includes a heated swimming pool (in summer) with large deck, lawned areas and a tennis court. STRICTLY 8 PEOPLE MAXIMUM, NO PARTIES, BUCKS WEEKENDS OR FUNCTIONS.

It also has it's own outdoor deck, to enjoy a warm bath whilst listening to the birds in the trees, a fire pit with lots of fire wood, a bbq area and hot water and a eco toilet system .
