Please note this is a family house and not suitable for groups of 12 adults (maximum of 8 adults & 4 children).

Sunbird Holiday Stay/Guest Services

Our fully self-contained Guest Wing includes a queen-sized bedroom, lounge with an additional queen-sized leather sofa bed, and dining room/kitchenette. A portable single bed and/or cot for young children are also available. Our 2 small dogs can interact with guests if you wish, but usually live upstairs in the main house, separate from the Guest Wing area. blu@bokbeach is a unique and stylish 1-bedroom (queen) guesthouse that is dog friendly and located in one of the Bokarina beach courts . Two single "Murphy beds" cater for additional adult guests. Direct access to a patrolled and dog off-leash beach. The coastal pathway that runs in the dunes parallel to the beach provides easy walking, cycling and electric scooter access from Point Cartwright to Caloundra.
