Welcome to Create Airbnb! Whether you wish to relax and unwind, go on an adventure, or explore all the best parts of Indianapolis, we’ve got you covered! Located in the heart of Broad Ripple Village and recently renovated and completed in early 2024, you will be quietly immersed in the heart of Indianapolis’s art community. Above Create Art Studio and steps away from the Monon trail, you can enjoy local restaurants and shops. It’s a quick 10 minute drive to Butler and 20 minutes from downtown.

Wineries, breweries, coffee shops, antique dealers and entertainment venues are all minutes away. At night, you’ll enjoy the sparkling skyline view.

Enjoy a relaxing getaway in this cozy cottage. Historic Downtown Noblesville is just a short walk where you will find great restaurants, pubs, and boutique shops. The cottage consists of one bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom with walk-in shower. There’s also a fenced backyard with fire pit and furniture. The Cozy Cottage is centrally located near downtown Noblesville (2 min), Ruoff Music Center (15 min), Grand Park Sporting Complex (20 min), and over 100 miles of trails.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Walk to Indianapolis Motor Speedway as well as local stores, Main Street restaurants, breweries, and bars. 15 minute ride share or drive to downtown Indy including Lucas Oil Stadium, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Victory Field, The Indiana Convention Center, and the Indianapolis Col. Weir Cook airport . Spend a day, a week, or a month here to fall in love with our midwestern charm and spirit that is Speedway.

Enjoy a small, but polished bungalow built in the 1930s. 2 bedroom, fully stocked kitchen, fenced private yard, and great location to all things racing and Indy! 5 Short miles to downtown and a 15 minute drive to the convention center. 1 dog is welcome!
