Our private, modern beach-style studio cabin is a scenic 5 min walk to the beach and the main street of Umina. It's on the bus line, making it an easy 10 mins to Woy Woy station. Also close to Umina Beach Caravan Park and Recreation Precinct. Club & cafes nearby. Strictly no smoking or pets allowed. This luxurious guest house is nestled amongst trees with a stunning view over the surrounding bush valley. Situated in the leafy and hilly suburb of Glenhaven, you feel like you're in the middle of the Australian bush, yet are still close to shops, restaurants, train station and other amenities. There is a private deck off the bedroom where you can enjoy breakfasts or sundowners (weather permitting). The property is situated apart from the main residence and has a separate and private entrance.

The garden studio is at the ground level of the house, it's surrounded by mature trees and lush plants. Located a few minutes walk to a public wharf with ferries to Woy Woy, local cafe and general store; a few minutes drive to the beautiful Bouddi coastal walk, restaurants and shops. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. The Jetty Boathouse offers a cute waterfront apartment with 180-degree views of Brisbane Waters in the quaint village of Saratoga. Spa Serenity Cottage with Private Pool & Spa

This is a Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours, no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, we live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Please respect the neighbourhood while you are listening to your music and keep the noise down. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that.

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Coastal Casita - Newport, NSW

Detached Coastal Casita at the front of our home. Level, off street parking. Easy stroll to Newport village and beach. There is busses to Barrenjoey Lighthouse/Palm Beach, Manly, Brookvale and Sydney CBD. Ask about the beautiful coastal bushwalks and whale watching lookouts. You can expect a visiting kookaburra, Koel or other native birds in the still of the morning. Don’t be surprised if you see a possum at night or if you are very lucky a leaf tailed gecko.

Terrigal 360

Located just 360 steps, less than a 5 minute walk to Terrigal centre and Terrigal beach, this spacious studio is literally in the heart of Terrigal, it is the perfect getaway for a couple. Close to restaurants, bars, shops and the iconic Terrigal Beach. The new contemporary accomodation has all the amenities you will require for a relaxing stay. The unit is very private, has its own entry and guests have literally everything to make a getaway totally complete.

Only a 2 minute walk to the centre of Ettalong and it's restaurants, markets and cinemas. 3 minutes walk to the beach. Free wifi and netflix.

Blue Seas Avoca Beach

Blue Seas is a peaceful, unique place to stay overlooking Avoca Beach. There are two balconies for you to overlook South Avoca, the Greek Villa sleeps upto 4 people - 1 Queen and 1 Double fold out sofa Bed, 1 bathroom. It is a short walk down to the beach, south Avoca Flags, down to cafes, Cinema and restaurants. There is a small kitchenette attached to sofa room with fridge, toaster, health grill ,toaster and kettle.

The Lakehouse

Our Lakehouse is a fun getaway situated right on the lake that is suitable for kayaking, canoeing and fishing.
