Positioned in the beautiful countryside near Ware town, Cold Christmas has an abundance of lovely walks and is conveniently situated close to Hanbury Manor and Fanhams Hall, both of which offer a variety of amenities including a golf course, health spa and fine dining. Maltons, one of the area's finest restaurants is just at the end of the lane.

The furniture, furnishings and kitchen are all up cycled. It is heated by a Norwegian log burner and electricity There are footpaths and cycle paths nearby and it is possible to walk to Hertford and Welwyn Garden City, through the woods. Because of its rural location having your own transport is essential.

There is Sky TV and NETFLIX, it has its own entrance, courtyard garden and driveway. Hertford North station is only 5 mins away which gets to Finsbury Park in 30 mins or Moorgate in 55. Hertford is a beautiful little town with so much history and lots of nice pubs and restaurants

Little Knoll Barn is a rustic, cosy, self catering accommodation, offering a king size bed , travel cot & hi chair if required. For pets, 2 maximum, we provide a water bowl, dog towel & disposal bags. We are located close to the M1, A1, M25 and Luton Airport. We are also conveniently near Harpenden Train station with fast links into Kings Cross St Pancras and Eurostar. Its location makes it the ideal place to stay close to some local places of interest such as St Albans.
