Laburnum Cottage, Kington: on Welsh borders

Laburnum Cottage is a modernised annexe - see photos. Situated just outside Kington (at the bottom of a steep lane below Kington Golf Course) in the heart of walking country. We are close to Welsh border towns too. For walking - historic Offa’s Dyke is a few fields away. Penrhos Gin and British Cassis tours are near. Weobley and Brilley (where the film Hamnet was filmed) and Hay-on-Wye (book festival) are all a 20-minute drive away. Train stations are: Leominster or Hereford. Walkers welcome.

Simply sit back and relax. All bookings include a personally tailored welcome basket as well as a log burner starter kit(winter) or a disposable BBQ(summer) to help you settle in.

Orchard View is a 14th-century black and white farmhouse sitting alone in 250 acres of working Herefordshire countryside. It is the kind of place you arrive at tired and leave restored.
