This carefully decorated apartment provides comfortable accommodation in two bedrooms, a nice attic and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The living room with its high ceilings and a modern fireplace provides a special atmosphere and a vibrant view over the sailing boats in the city marina of Zadar. The location is perfect as it is only 5 minutes walking distance to the bridge and old town, but also close to beach "Jadran" and next to park "Vruljica" with playgrounds for kids and a creek.

The house is situated 10 m away from the sea. On the balcony apartments has private hot tube for 5 people. In front of the house, right next to the sea is a small garden with a grill and a big table for 8 people where you can catch the summer breeze in the natural shadow. On the beach, we place our sunbathing chairs and parasols so you can enjoy the sea and sun. In front of the house is the berth for the small boat or jet-ski ( up to 6m ).e whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Capacity of the house is for 4 guests, with one bedroom with a double bed and with sofa bed in the living room suitable for two people. There is also a big terrace with a beautiful seaview. The apartment is air conditioned, with WiFi and SAT / TV. Our house is ideal pleace to relaxe from the chaotic city life.

This new renovated apartment is located just in front of the city beach. Old town is just about 15 min walking distance. Beautiful beach with cafe bar is perfect for lazy days during vacations ( in front of the apartment ) , restaurant with grilled food and other ( 3 minutes walking ), grocery shop is 100 meters from apartment, bus station and big market ( 10 minutes walking ), green market and fish market are on peninsula 15 minutes walking.

Back in 1930, after leaving Dragove to work in New York , grandpa Mate built a beautiful house opposite the old one in harmony with nature surroundings. Almost 90 years later we’re following the very same path of grandpa Mate by retaining the originality of the house and combining it with modern retro comfort. Grandpa Mate House is based on Dugi Otok at the edge of the village Dragove. The house was restored in 2017.
