You will have access to a barn that will accommodate 2 horses with fenced pasture. The house is easily accessible from Bangerter Highway and I-15. It is only 2 miles from grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. Only 20 minutes from the airport, big/little cottonwood canyon, Traverse Mountain Outlets and thanksgiving point.

In the kitchenette you can prep basic meals and be ready for a day of adventure, or stay home and have a foosball tournament. Only 4 min from the freeway and countless local attractions no matter the time of year!
