Private self contained studio, close to park/city

Welcome to my private, rustic guest suite which includes a full kitchen with oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and washer dryer combo. It has a combined bedroom /sitting room with electric blankets on a comfy queen size bed and a 50 inch smart TV. French doors lead outside to your own secluded garden area. The studio is connected but not accessible to the main house and has its own private entrance and garden area so you wont see me during your stay unless you message for any assistance..

Nautical Nest - sleeps 6, close to beach & ferry

Stay at Nautical Nest for work or play, and enjoy ocean glimpes in comfortable surroundings while exploring all that Bluff has to offer - scenic coastal walks, wildlife, biking, Aurora Borealis to name a few! It's a 2 minute walk to Morrison Beach where you can spot sea lions or just enjoy the view. The ferry terminal for Stewart Island is only a short walk away, as is 4 Square supermarket, restaurant, takeaway's and pubs. Foveaux Walkway & Stirling Point is also walkable or a 2 min drive.

Te Whare Poutama - Bluff's Art Deco Gem!

This Art Deco inspired home is a Bluff landmark. Built by the Arnett family in the 1940s, it is named "Poutama" after the Tītī Island where they went muttonbirding. The home has three bedrooms and an open plan lounge, dining-nook and kitchen. North facing, it offers sun-drenched views of Bluff's waterfront, especially from its large sunroom that contains one of two work spaces. A two minute walk to a well-stocked dairy, it is a great base from which to enjoy Bluff or visit Stewart Island.

Waterfront Cottage Bluff

Waterfront Cottage is a beautifully restored 1920s 3-bedroom bungalow 25 metres from the ocean. The cottage has just undergone a full update including double glazing, new carpets and a new heat pump insuring a warm comfortable stay regardless of the weather. There is high speed fibre internet that can be boosted to over 1000mbs if required for work stays and a 50inch TV in the lounge area. Both the master bedroom and the lounge feature unobstructed views out over the water.

Welcome to Anne Street a small but perfectly formed standalone house. Newly renovated and super stylish - Scandi with a nod to the 70's. Fully fenced and private in a great location. Anne Street is a quick 20 minute walk to the central city and a 10 minute walk to our favorite restaurant Buster Crabb. There is bike and walking tracks right across the road and a small park for the children. This special wee house has a really great feel - we think you'll love it!

Welcome to Miro, our brand new build ( December 2019) accommodation. Set in a private situation with some water and mountain views, 2 minutes walk down to a secluded beach which is linked by a walkway to Riverton’s main beach. Charming self contained studio on Herbert Street, in the northern suburbs of Invercargill, renovated with style, comfort and an emphasis on cleanliness. Please note breakfast is not provided, although we do have a few treats for our guests. Peter & I live next door and happy to help with queries etc. Just a few minutes from the Windsor shops, including New World. The main shops are only 10 minutes away, as is most of Invercargill!
