Our Shepherds Hut is nestled on the edge of the South Downs National Park & is within easy reach of Brighton. Our cosy well equipped hut provides a bolt hole for a romantic mini break, nearby pubs include The Ginger Fox & The Shepherd & Dog, both serving incredible seasonal food. We have wonderful walks on our doorstep & acres of land to explore. We hope you’ll love our hut with the wildlife & ancient woodland surrounding it & take the opportunity to switch off, sit back & relax around the fire.

The property is a recently built self-contained annex above the garage nestled into the South Downs. It offers a spacious open plan living area suitable for 2 guests. A small living area with sofa, chair and Digital TV (includes Amazon Prime), chest of drawers, hanging space, full length mirror etc. Fast Wi-Fi. 
Kitchenette with dining table to eat/work on, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. Complimentary tea, coffee & sugar. The bathroom has a shower, basin & toilet, with a large mirror.

This secluded barn is a quirky unique space located the foot of the South Downs Country park. Placed on the crossroads of bridle/footpath. Bbq and secluded outside space, living area, wood burner. Idyllically situated down a quiet, magical lane, our oak-framed barn is surrounded by hills and woodland, with stunning views on all sides. There is instant access to beautiful countryside footpaths and bridleways. We are walking distance from a pub with a garden and good home-cooked food. Just an hour from London by train and 10 minutes drive from buzzy, cosmopolitan Brighton, we're also close to lots of pretty villages, lovely beaches, beautiful historic houses and gardens.
