This newly renovated family home located in a clean, quiet neighborhood, close proximity to Century Link in the heart of North Monroe. This home contains all of the necessary amenities for a small family including all Kenmore appliances (washer and dryer included). The large back yard great for pets, the residence has a 6 ft. privacy fence with a deluxe gas grill perfect for cookouts. This residence CAN NOT be used as an event center this is our family home. This means No Parties What So Ever.

Unwind and relax during your stay in our newly renovated 116-year-old cottage, while enjoying modern updated amenities of home. The cottage was updated for your pleasure while keeping unique touches of the original home. Unwind and grill on the back porch and enjoy the shade of the oak tree. The cabin was built for guests and sits securely behind our family home overlooking the beautiful Ouachita River.
