Es sind weniger als fünf Minuten mit dem Auto zu einem der größten Skigebiete - Mayrhofner Bergbahnen. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer (nagelneue Betten und Matratzen), Bad, Wohn- und Essbereich. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Sie haben einen eigenen Eingang und einen Carport-Stellplatz. Die Wohnung liegt fast am Waldrand.
