Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. It is also a 300m walk to Vaynol Arms pub, where you can pop in for a well deserved traditional pub dinner and drink after a long climb. Terfyn Cottage is the perfect location to enjoy everything Snowdonia National Park has to offer.

There is a separate snug great for quiet and reading time. There is no Tv in this room . The master bedroom is ensuite. The twin bedroom and the second double have views over the river. The property benefits from an additional small downstairs toilet and lots off road parking.

Chambers at the Old Magistrates is a ground floor modern apartment set in a Victorian Building that used to be an Old Police station and Magistrates Court. Based in Betws-y-Coed which means "Sanctuary in the Woods" it is also the gateway to the Snowdonia National Park. We welcome dogs and there is a small private side garden.
