Also included is a covered patio, fire pit, outdoor table + a floating dock perfect for afternoon picnics. This apartment sleeps 4. It has one extra large bedroom with a room divider.

Our sweet home is suitable for both the individual and the large group in our quaint and cozy area, nestled in a quiet neighborhood central to downtown Flint. Just minutes from 1-75 and I-69, Kettering, UM-Flint, and Mott, as well as downtown Flint's businesses and restaurants, the museums and theatres of our amazing cultural district, McLaren, Hurley, as well as Atwood Stadium and Dort Federal Arena. This space was designed minimally for a budget-traveling option, able to sleep 6 people.

Been in the neighborhood for 7 years with no problems. It's a very quiet, and relaxed neighborhood. Pet friendly, spacious, lots of privacy, and a double lot to walk your dog. No neighbors on one side,quiet retired lady on other. Quaint church on the corner, beautiful yard. Close to the expressway to get anywhere quickly.

It is equipped with HD premium Dish,Wi Fi, and a full kitchen with all appliances & housewares. A well provides the water, and is a very good quality. The hot water is on demand. It is located next to a pond and fire pit. It is not suitable for children under twelve years of age and maximum occupancy is two.
