With room to accommodate four guests, it consists of a very spacious master bedroom & ensuite with a Super- King bed. The second room is small and consists of a standard double bed with small chest of drawers which is able to accommodate two adults or kids if needed. Centrally located in what has become one of the most fashionable and sought-after neighbourhoods in central London, with numerous high class restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood as well as walking distance to the best of what London has to offer. Come and stay in our lovely flat in Nunhead! Beautifully decorated, with lovely art and plants in all rooms, were perfectly located to explore London. There’s a large living room with a sofa (which is an extra double sofa bed available) television and dining table, separate bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Nunhead and nearby Peckham are both very cool, up and coming areas, with plenty to explore. From both stations there are trains to central London - Victoria, St Pancras and London Bridge.

Sweet farm cottage, Ide Hill, Hever, Edenbridge

Puncheur Place is a semi-detached cottage on a private Estate in the middle of cycling country at the foot of Ide Hill nr Hever. It is quiet yet accessible to dozens of pubs/golf. The garden is west facing and large. Perfect for outdoor picnics. The cottage is not huge, but cozy. Many footpaths. This is Tudor County so many period properties and pubs nearby. Indeed our Estate was once owned by Thomas Boleyn, then Mary Boleyn after the beheading of her sister Anne in 1533. #puncheurplace
