The Alpaca Lodge is a free standing stone building next to our farmhouse in a rural location (16km from Kenmare), surrounded by our herd of friendly free-roaming alpacas and llamas, with stunning views of Kenmare Bay. It has a cozy bedroom with a king-size bed, a small seating area and en-suite bathroom. Cereal, milk, porridge, orange juice, cereal bars and biscuits are provided in the room, and there is a kettle, tea and coffee, cutlery and plates etc., a microwave, toaster and a small fridge.

The cabin is perfect for anyone who wants a unique get away and to experience beautiful west cork. A 10 min drive to Glengarriff - 25 to Bantry & 20 to Kenmare . There is plenty to do and see in the area. It is a peaceful and private place with absolutely everything you need to hand. The views and the scenery are stunning. The cabin is completely self contained set in its own garden. There are great walks and drives nearby. Or just spend time, sitting on the deck gazing at the magical view.

This snug, grass-roofed eco-cabin offers panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy a warm Irish welcome, mountain walks on the Beara Way or snorkelling through nearby reefs. Sample local cheeses, lamb, fish and seafood or stoke up the wood-burning stove, have a glass of wine and and savour the peace and tranquillity! Word of warning: we are VERY remote, (1km off the road down a rough track). With almost no public transport, own transport (eg car) is highly recommended - see Getting Around!

There is a spacious, fully equipped kitchen,with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer,electric cooker with oven. Adjacent to the kitchen is a sunroom/dining room looking out to the mountain views all around. the bathroom is newly refurbished with a spacious shower, a toilet and wash hand basin. there are 2 bedrooms. one doube, one twin. The Boatmakers Cabin

Delightful cosy cabin set at the base of Pine trees in the rear garden of our bed and breakfast property. 4 mins drive (15 mins walk) from Dzorgen Beara Buddhist and Meditation Centre and a 5 minute walk / clamber to the cliffs. Castletownbere Fishing town with pubs and restaurants is 8 mins drive one way and Allihies village with beach and pub grub 14 mins the other way. Fantastic area for walking and cycling. The cabin is self catering and a selection of evening meals are available.

The Loft.

This open-plan loft has everything you need in one cosy space: queen bed with memory foam mattress, full kitchen, lounge area, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and a bathroom with power shower. Located right in town, you’re steps from restaurants, pubs, and shops—perfect for exploring, though some road noise is to be expected. Private parking is included, so you can come and go with ease. After a day on the Beara Peninsula, return to your own bright, comfortable space to relax and recharge.

Shepherds Hut overlooking Kilmackilogue Harbour

We are situated on the Beara Peninsula, just up the road from Helen's Bar in Kilmackilogue. Our Shepherds Hut called The Bothy, overlooks the sea, and is three minutes walk to the beach. Enjoy nature at its best with views of Kenmare Bay and its surrounding mountains. It is a hikers paradise, lying just off 'The Beara Way' . Cyclists will also be in their element with The Healy Pass a few kilometres away. Kenmare is half an hour away with wonderful shops and restaurants.

The the Dun-Oir Den is your destination. It is a hill walker and mountaineer's dream as there are short hikes or longer treks to the top of mountain peaks which look over the beautiful Bantry & Dunmanus Bays. Come and enjoy fresh air, mountain walks and magical trails on the beautiful Sheeps Head Way.
