You get a proper double bed, a private ensuite shower room, and a well-equipped kitchenette. It is peaceful and private. Built to the highest standards with full central heating, hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and a Tassimo Coffee machine. Entertainment is provided by a 32" smart tv with all Freesat channels, and free superfast wi-fi. Ensuite shower room with power shower. All bedding and soft, fluffy towels are included in the price. Indoor 20 seater BBQ pod for guests use.

'The Howff' is a refurbished farm worker's bothy in a rural location with lots of walks and access to beautiful parts of Perthshire. One hour's drive from Edinburgh, 20 mins Dundee or Perth. This authentic bothy contains one room with single bed, wood burning stove, mini kitchen unit with fridge, oven, portable hob and kettle, separate shower room, wc, basin. Linen and towels included. The closest house to the Cairngorm's. Based in the very heart of the Cairngorms National Park Snow Gate Cabin is the last dwelling sitting right at the foot of the Cairngorms themselves. The cabin sleeps two people comfortably, including an open plan living/sleeping area housing a small kitchenette with an electric hob and a shower /wc room. A log burner gives the room a super cosy feel. The cabin shares a driveway with the owners whose property is next door to the cabin.
