Welcome to "Villa Esperanza". Only seconds to the beach! We are so happy to get to share our space with you. We have a fully stocked kitchen and a dining room with seating for 10 people, an outdoor patio, hammocks, outdoor shower, and an above ground pool. Our beach home is airy, bright & beautifully decorated. The patio and backyard are fully fenced and large enough for all family activities. The home is located on a small gated community that consists of only 12 lots, very calm and private.

Villa Pesquera is a beautiful beach and fishing area located on the Caribbean Sea in Patillas, PR. This popular location has resturants, kiosks, outdoor beach rentals, fresh fish and a nature reserve you can explore. The rental is for the first entire floor that contains 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1/2 outdoor bath, full kitchen, livingroom, gated parking for 1, an amazing backyard with outdoor fireplace, BBQ and private microbrewery. My wife and I live on the 2nd floor with our English Bull dog.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Walk out the back door and step into the ocean. Enjoy the backyard BBQ and swimming pool or just sit back and relax looking out at the beautiful ocean waves. Public beach is two block away, where the whole family can enjoy a variety of activities and some of the best Puerto Rican food. You can walk 2 house down Mar de la Traquilida and La Curvita del Bajo and enjoy music . They both serve excellent drinks and delicious food.

Area de juego para niños, duchas, baños, gazebos, voleibol, área para nadar o tomar el sol en la playa. A todas estas áreas podrás ir libre de costo, caminando te tomará solo pasos. Manejando Estarás a 1hr y 15 de SJU y 45min del PSE.

Apartamento frente a la playa “Los Hoteles” totalmente equipado para que disfrute su estadía. Se alquila con 2 Kayak. Es un lugar tranquilo y seguro. Cuenta con dos habitaciones con aire acondicionado, Calentador, Internet, Wifi, TV. Todo la ropa de cama esta incluida. Es para 7 personas. Tiene 1 parking. Esta a 8 minutos de la playa para surfer "Inches". Tiene restaurantes a 5 minutos. Supermercados y panaderías a 7 minutos. BBQ de carbón. El techo mide 6' 5" de alto. Hay area comunes.

This bay earned its name because it is sheltered by a large reef, providing not only amazing snorkeling, but beautiful calm Caribbean seas to gaze out on from your house. There are several bars and restaurants in walking distance, and if you're lucky you may see a manatee swimming by in the backyard!

Beautiful beach getaway on the scenic, protected bay of Patillas. Large terrace just steps away from the water where you can often see manatees feeding in the mornings. 4 bedroom/3.5 bath, large, fully equipped kitchen, open living area with cozy living room, dining room, and family room. Very close to restaurants, surfing, public beaches, and parks. Wonderfully suited for couples as well as families.

Chili's Off Grid Beach Getaway!

We are a cozy, rustic, off-grid style getaway. The house is modest, but the location is perfect. Safe, gated (controlled access) neighborhood where walking/biking is safe and enjoyable for any person at any time. 5-8 minute walk from the beach. 20 minute drive from the river. We intentionally don't have wifi - you'll have to talk to each other or go on an adventure instead :)
