Peaceful, Private Garden Casita

This little gem has it's own patio and private garden. It is a two minute walk to the beach - a wide, beautiful, & virtually deserted - lovely for swimming. Yet it is near the center of town, steps away from restaurants and outdoor activity providers. We appreciate that traveling during the pandemic can be daunting. We take cleanliness and sanitation most seriously. We have put a minimum of 2 days between guests. During that time, we will clean, sanitize and ventilate the property.

"Casa Mar" is a unique Mexican style home with arched doorways, locally made floor tiles and woodwork throughout, and modern with all amenities. The ocean view upon entering the house takes your breath away. All three bedrooms have king- size beds and bathrooms with walk-in showers. The lower terrace has a bar and king bed for a great afternoon siesta.

Less than 5 minutes from the plaza, grocery stores, coffee shops, boardwalk, restaurants, you name it. Craft shops “artesanias” crossing the street and 7-minute walk to beach.

This is a beautiful, romantic and quiet place with a huge deck that feels like you are in the Ocean, literally the waves break right in front of the Deck, no other place like this ideal for couples. it is 5 minutes away from downtown and 20 minutes from valle de Guadalupe, very Close to the best restaurants in Town ,surfing spots, tacos, breweries, super markets and gas Station. You can literally admire the ocean from every spot in the apartment.

Las olas del océano lo mecerán para que se duerma mientras disfruta del hermoso cielo nocturno. El sol de la mañana lo despertará justo a tiempo, con suerte, para echar un vistazo a los curiosos delfines nadando en la bahía. ¡Realmente es una experiencia como ninguna otra!
