This home sits high on a bluff above downtown Frankfort & the Kentucky River (our farm borders on the river). Just three miles to Buffalo Trace Distillery (if you could fly, it's way closer than that!)

Buffalo Springs Distilling Company

It’s recently been brought to our attention about Airbnb scams! Please reserve with us or someone else that has a history! The Bourbon Trail The Buffalo Springs Distilling Company got it's start in 1868. It closed and it's warehouses were emptied out by the 1970's. This building is one of the last structures left on the site. This historic building was the main office and gatehouse for visitors to the distillery, so we can offer one Queen sized bedroom due to the size of the structure.

The Dotti Airstream @ Progress Park in Derby City

Dotti is 16ft Bambi Airstream & sleeps 2 adults. Everything you need is already here. Enjoy your own private space PLUS access to boating, games, & more, all included with your stay. Dotti is our smallest offering, but has TONS of charm. Including a large covered patio with a swing bed! Please note Dotti does not have hot water. Progress Park has 11 total units on site. 2 houses, 8 airstreams & a bunk house. *KY DERBY IS A 3 NIGHT MIN OF THURS-SUN. NO CHECKINS ON FRI OR SAT.

Take in nature, as you’re surrounded by trees, near our sweet chicken coop and a creek that flows down from the deck - all while only 10min from town. Special touches were added of Kentucky Derby photos, books, kitchenware, Bourbon Trail glasses and bourbon barrel heads with local distilleries. The dining table top is even made of wood from Shelby County’s own Bulleit Distilling Company.
