Boat of Garten is a beautiful village situated in the Spey Valley. It is an ideal base for many sporting and nature activities in summer and winter. There is even a steam train that runs past the bottom of the garden. The village has a grocery store, cafe, hotel and a restaurant. Our bungalow has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suite. There is a well equipped kitchen/dining room and a lounge with a beautiful view. We also have a utility room which is great for drying wet gear and storing wellies!

You'll find beautiful forest trails and a river path straight from the door and you are just a 10 minute walk into Carrbridge village where there is a local shop, great pub, gallery and cafe.

Using the local orbital pathway, it is approximately, a 20min walk to the main street. Close to the Speyside Way, The Birdhouse is a great base for all outdoor activities or relaxing in a pretty home in quiet surroundings. The house is a short 10 min walk from the nearest shops with supermarket & takeaway.

If your looking for something a little different then The Bridge House might be just for you! My unusual 2 bedroom home was built on a bridge spanning the River Ardle in 1881. Charming original features including stone spiral stairs, traditional Scottish timber clad walls, stone/pine flooring and even a privy directly over the river below! Recently renovated. A path next to the house leads onto the Aviemore Orbital and the Speyside Way which are great walking and cycling trails.

The Pavilion is positioned within beautiful landscaped gardens overlooking the Cromarty Firth. Foulis Castle is a 15-20 min walk away from the Storehouse of Foulis Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat 9-5pm).
