Appartement op 1e verdieping. 2e verdieping bewoond en gezien de aard van het gebouw is het niet muisstil.

This flat is close to public transport and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The street outside is extremely quiet, and this apartment is at the rear of the main building, thus ensuring a truly peaceful stay for our guests. It is ideally oriented towards the southwest, capturing maximum sun, late morning to late evening. It is great for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is not my original studio/loft of earlier times!! Key words: Calm, sunny, modern!!

Kornelius I - a nice apartment with garden

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

Kasteelzicht met grote tuin en 3 terrassen waarvan 1 overdekt, is de ideale uitvalsbasis om de adembenemende Voerstreek te ontdekken met zijn lange wandel - en fietspaden, kerkjes, vakwerkhuizen, en kastelen. Na het doorkruisen van de pittoreske dorpjes komt u terug op adem in de vakantiewoning. Er is een BBQ voorzien( houtskool). Afgesloten ruime garage voor fietsen en wagen. Onze woning is een huis met verdieping, dus zijn er ook trappen. Huisdieren niet toegestaan.

Op zoek zijn naar een lichte sfeervolle ruimte met moderne architectuur met oog voor detail en toch verblijven in een pand van 1904? Waar je heerlijk kunt slapen, luchten kan bekijken vanuit een comfortabel bed met eigen douche, toilet en wastafel. Je kan een ontbijt klaarmaken met koffie en thee. Ook is er een kleine koelkast aanwezig. Koken is niet mogelijk. Dit guesthouse is geschikt voor gasten die voor het diner de stad in willen gaan en die houden van rust.

Deze tussenwoning maakt deel uit van het woongedeelte van onze boerderij ( melkveebedrijf ) , en is gelegen aan een doodlopende weg met rondom schitterend uitzicht op de omringende weilanden en het unieke 5* heuvellandschap. Het woongedeelte van het huis is boven, gelegen onder het dak op de 3de verdieping. (woonkamer, keuken en badkamer met bad ). Hierdoor heb je rondom vrij uitzicht over de weilanden en het schitterende Limburgse land.

The spacious apartment is suitable for a stay of 5 to 7 people. The rent is based on a stay of 5 persons. The 6th and 7th person staying (babies do count with us) pays 20 euros per person per night.
