Come and enjoy all the beautifull green and blue of our lovely Greece in the amazing Artemis which is located 15mins far from Eleftherios Venizelos(Airport). We will make sure that your stay will be amazing! The house is by car five minutes from the sea. You will have a nice view of the surrounded trees and hills. There is a mini-market exactly beside the house so you will have all you need without going far. Most importantly there wont be any noises and its peacefully as you can imagine.

A small staircase leads to a private rock beach with calming crystal clear waters.

This superb luxury villa with unlimited sea-view is located at Neos Voutzas, a quiet place close to the sea. Ideal for families or small groups from 12 up to 16 persons. It is very close to Nea Makri, Rafina and Marathon, quite populated places in summer time, very attractive for swimming, good food and night life. The villa has a nice garden with a 50- square-meter swimming pool, a BBQ, a pizza oven. 30 minutes from the airport or Athens. Ideal also for remote work, 200 Mbps internet.

Villa Dimitra is a detached family home on an 8 hectar big property. It is close to the Attiki Odos, to the port of Rafina and the airport. However it is still a very quite neighbourhood without any traffic. Our vistiors can take the bus lines 314, 319 but also the metro and suburban train from the station Pallini, which is only 5 km away. This gives them the opportunity to visit the city center of Athens as well as its suburbs. Beaches, shops and sights are easily accessible by car.

If you have seen “Glass Onion: All knives out”, it’s the villa in the intro of the movie (from 13:00-18:00). Η “Caja De Anthea" με mini pool βρίσκεται στην Αρτέμιδα (Λούτσα), 500m απο ήρεμη , αμμώδη παραλία. Διαθέτει εξωτερικό bbq και ξυλόφουρνο, τζάκι και θέρμανση. Ιδανικό για οικογένειες, θα σας προσφέρει στιγμές χαλάρωσης. Η Vila είναι ιδανική για επισκέπτες με ανταπόκριση (transit). Η τοποθεσία έχει άμεση προσβασιμότητα σε αεροδρόμιο (15' με αυτοκίνητο), από την έκθεση metropolitan expo (15’ με αυτοκίνητο), παραλία (8' με τα πόδια). Σε απόσταση 5’ υπάρχει φούρνος, μίνι μάρκετ.

The villa can be booked for gatherings upon request and strictly for 17:00 until 23:00. The rates per day are: October until April 400€, May 500€, June 600€, July and August 700€, September 600€ and an extra amount is given as a guarantee which is returned if there are no damages.
