The Farmhouse is one of 4 cottages that are newly constructed in Pawhuska. Living room with vaulted ceiling, full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans and utensils. Coffee bar with various coffees and teas, sweeteners and creamers. There is a large dining table with plenty of room for eating or playing games. Special touches with exquisite woodwork and decorated with charm. Outside is a large pavilion with tables and plenty of seating. These cottages are one street over from the Mercantile.

Charming two bedroom, two bath bungalow built in 1925. All original wood floors. Existing bath completely remodeled with a deep antique bathtub with shower. Bathroom with a walk-in shower en suite to master bedroom which is the "Bluegrass Room". The "Sunflower Wheat Room" is slightly larger with king beds in both bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen with basic cooking supplies provided. Security system with keyless entry. TV with DVD in living room and smart TV's in both bedroom & WiFi.

Centrally located by Cowley College and downtown. Just minutes away from restaurants and other essentials in Ark City. This cozy home has 4 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. All bedrooms are upstairs. Three bedrooms have queen beds and the kid's bedroom have a set of twin beds. The two main bedrooms walk out onto a beautiful upstairs patio overlooking Cowley College and Chestnut Street. The cabin faces west and the most beautiful sunsets are the evening's entertainment. Guests will enjoy the privacy of being surrounded by ranch land as far as they can see, yet still partake of the town life just 5 miles away.

College Hill Cottage in Winfield--Entire apartment

Located in Winfield's College Hill neighborhood, the first floor apartment is walking distance to Southwestern College, Grace Methodist Church, and College Hill Coffee, and a short drive everywhere else in town. Built in 1885, this house combines antique charm with modern comforts. KING bed in the main bedroom, QUEEN bed in the second bedroom, and a rollaway cot available. New carpet and newer furnishings throughout.
