Denvic House

Bring your family, friends and furry friends to Denvic House! Our four-season cottage in Northern Ontario is perched above semi-private Denvic Lake. This is a rare opportunity to enjoy a private lakefront, as only homeowners and guests have access to the water! Surrounded by old growth forests, this secluded getaway sits on 4 acres for you to explore. Oh and don't forget to look up! Our guests can enjoy unobstructed views of the spectacular Aurora Borealis. Lake Superior Chippewa Retreat, Batchawana Bay

The location is at the mouth of the Chippewa River and Lake Superior. The property has one house on 60 acres with 2 km of shoreline on the lake and the river and 3 km trails inside the property. There are no neighbors. The house is 1,800 sq ft. It has a wooden interior, patio towards river, a screened porch towards lake with three hammock chairs, a large and protected fire-pit, and a separate Finnish sauna by the river. Property is equally suited for Spring, Summer and Fall activities.

Mountainview Lodge Caboose/Tiny Home

Nestled into the Algoma Mountains is our charming lodge. Our historic Algoma train Caboose is quite the experience as it's surrounded by mature spruce, birch and maple trees. Because of our unique location we are on a major flight path for northern migrating birds. We are along the sacred Goulais River, which is home to many different fish species all making their way to Lake Superior. This is some of the best fishing in the world. We also offer kayak and canoes to rent to explore the river.

If you're up for adventure, take a day trip for world class cross-country ski and snowshoe trails at nearby Stokely Creek Lodge, or Alpine skiing at Searchmont Ski Resort, a 40 minute drive from the cottage. Puzzles, games and reading by the fire are just what you need to unwind! In the summer, enjoy the beach (pebble/rock beach) and lake for swimming, kayaking and canoeing.

Come experience a relaxing getaway with family and friends! You can swim off the dock, great fishing, large yard for outdoor games and bonfires! You will have access to the entire camp, including all kitchen items, canoe, and both indoor and outdoor games. Three kayaks available with life jackets so you can tour the beautiful area. Like many other cottages, our water is lake fed so guests will need to bring bottled water. Fur babies welcome! Ensure they stay in the yard and watched.

Whether you’re looking for a vacation destination or working remotely with a view - Remi Lake Hideaway has it all. 10 minutes to the town of Moonbeam (grocery store, hardware store, LCBO) and more amenities 15 minutes west to the town of Kapuskasing. In the winter months there is ample parking for trucks/trailers with snowmobile trail access to the main trail passing off the shoreline.
