Set in the countryside it offers superb views, bike rides etc. The annex provides a comfortable homely experience within easy reach of local amenities.

Our place is located on the cliff in Borth, with spectacular views of Cardigan bay. It is a 3 storey Victorian house, of which the top floor will be all yours; maximum 4 guests. The top floor consists of 2 bedrooms, a lounge room and 1 spacious bathroom. This accommodation would be suitable for golfers, surfers, ramblers or family gatherings. A complimentary breakfast hamper will be available for you to enjoy at your leisure

Guests can enjoy a sunny twin bedroom, self-catering kitchen space (breakfast cereals, tea and coffee facilities provided) with microwave oven, 2 x hob, air fryer, fridge and sink. Tyn y Berth Bach is a converted pig shed attached to the main farm house which stands in 5 acres of peaceful woodland and fields. It has its own driveway leading down to the accommodation, with its own entrance and parking area. It is situated close to Betws Y Coed which is a thriving village with a variety of Restaurants, Bars, Cafes’ and shops set in a stunning landscape of waterfalls, rivers and trees.
