If mountain biking is your thing, we are right on the Climachx Mountain Bike Trails and a stones throw from Dyfi Bike Park. There's lush river swimming spots, lakes, waterfalls and mountains to explore. Our nearest beach is Aberdyfi, just 30mins away. 16mins drive to the epic Cadair Idris!

The Summerhouse sits 250m from Offa's Dyke Path with access to miles of walks, ideal for anyone wanting to explore Shropshire and mid-Wales. It is a charming Grade 2 listed building, with commanding views of the Severn Valley to Montgomery. Recently refurbished - the top floor has a comfortable super-king double bed, beneath a Victorian vaulted wooden ceiling and a cosy sitting area with QLED TV and super fast fibre broadband. A charming two bedroom detached cottage situated in central Dinas Mawddwy, southern Snowdonia. Positioned next to our converted chapel and surrounded by beautiful scenery. Within one minutes walking distance is the Red Lion pub and Cafe. Famous location for walkers and in the heart of the mountain bike mecca with Dyfi bike park, Coed y Brenin and Antur Stiniog within 30 minutes. Aircraft enthusiasts will be in the heart of the Mach loop flight path with low flying aircraft directly overhead.

Cemaes farm stay

Cemaes farm stay is located in the heart of the dyfi valley,on the outskirts of the Snowdonia National Park,and only a scenic drive away from the coast! this was actually my sons place but he was working in New Zealand for the winter/spring and I thought it would be a great shame to leave it empty and decided to put it up here so we could share some of the dyfi valley's great scenery in the winter months! please feel free to get in touch if you have any further questions! many thanks,gwenan

Snowdonian Barn at Pentrewern

Now with newly updated photos! Our beautiful eco-friendly barn, set within the Snowdonia National Park, is a mix of traditional stone exterior and contemporary interior, within landscaped woodland gardens. We have 360 views of the mountains, and are near Dolgellau, Machynlleth, Coed-y-Brenin, Lake Vyrnwy and Cadair Idris. Downstairs there is a lounge, kitchen and dining area, with a double bedroom and shower room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms - one double and a twin - and a bathroom.

Llwyncelyn - Dinas Mawddwy - Machynlleth.

Llwyncelyn is a delightful traditional slate cottage nestling on the side of the Dyfi Valley. It is situated above the village of Dinas Mawddwy, easily accessed off the A470 and offers stunning views across and along the Dyfi Valley both from the cottage and the enclosed garden. It provides the perfect base from which to discover Southern Snowdonia, in all its glorious seasons. Not equiped for chidren. We generally accept dogs(maximum 2) but reserve the right to occasionally say no!

COVID 19. We will be taking extra precautions to make sure the cabin is as clean as we can possibly make it. A delightful chalet nestled amongst the trees and land of Darowen. This spacious 1 bedroom chalet is ideal for exploring the scenic landscape of the Dyfi valley. There’s lots of different walks to be tackled, and if you decide to take it easy, put your feet up and enjoy the stunning views from the balcony or from our newly installed patio area with a firepit/bbq .

This property is set in the heart of the Snowdonia National Park and is perfect for a couple or small family to enjoy the peaceful village and beautiful walks near by. The property is a 1860s grade 2 listed build full of character and charm, enjoying stunning views looking up the valley. We have sympathetically restored the property with its sash window and flag stone flooring, however it still includes all the mod cons to ensure a delightfully chilled holiday.

Glangwynedd Cottage

A cosy self catering cottage in attractive rural location near the river Dulas. Within walking distance of the old market town of Machynlleth and railway station. Close to mountains, rivers and coast. There is one bedroom with a double bed and the other bedroom sleeps 3 in bunk beds and a single bed. Downstairs in the lounge is a double sofa bed. Heating is provided by storage heaters and a woodturning stove at cooler times of the year.
